Harbour Point Golf Club

After three tough rounds of matchplay, our Junior Cup team lost to Mahon on the second play-off hole. With the match balanced on 2-2, Michael J O'Brien and Mahon's Olan Kelliher went back up the first. Fighting though a painful knee injury, O'Brien got up and down from the back of the first to tie the hole. On the second, Michael landed safely on the green, but Kelliher chased a brilliant shot up the green to finish a foot from the pin. The resulting birdie won the game from Mahon.

Well done to the panel, the seven players, Manager, caddies and all those that supported over the weekend.
